This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the data collection, use, and sharing practices of Mushfiqa ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us") with respect to all mobile applications published by us (collectively, the "Apps"). By accessing or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

GDPR & International Compliance: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Apps include a Consent Management Platform (Google UMP) to comply with GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, and other international privacy regulations.

Information Collection

Our Apps do not require account registration and do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information ("PII") such as names, email addresses, or contact details.

The Apps utilize third-party services, including Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to:

  • Device Identifiers: Including the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and iOS IDFA.
  • App interactions: Including ad impressions, clicks, and gameplay events.
  • Technical Data: App performance information, crash logs, and diagnostics.
  • Approximate Location: Used for serving relevant ads (IP-based).

Use of Collected Information

Information collected via third-party services is used solely for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Delivery of personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
  • Measurement of advertisement performance and analytics.
  • App improvement and bug fixing.
  • Fraud detection and prevention.

EEA and UK User Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time via the "Privacy Settings" button in the settings menu of our Apps.
  • Right of Access & Portability: You can request information about the data processed by our third-party partners.
  • Right to Erasure: You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings to disconnect previous data from your device.

Legal Basis: We process your personal data for personalized advertising only where we have your explicit Consent, obtained via our in-app consent form.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to the third party's privacy policies.

Your Control & Choices

You have multiple ways to control the data collected for advertising:

  • In-App Settings: Use the "Privacy Settings" button in the game settings to re-open the consent form.
  • Device Settings (Android): Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete Advertising ID.
  • Device Settings (iOS): Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and above. In compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Policy Updates

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
