Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications published under the "Circle Square" brand (the "Apps") by Mushfiqa Ayesha ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any App published under the Circle Square brand, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include any right to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by applicable law;
  • Use the Apps for any commercial purpose without the Developer's prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Apps to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
  • Exploit, cheat, or interfere with the normal operation of the Apps, including through the use of bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps, related systems, or networks.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items, currency, or features ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and are licensed to you, not sold — you do not own these Virtual Items.

All purchases are processed through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. The Developer does not directly process payments or store payment information.

Where Apps include a cross-promotion or credit-based system between participating apps, such credits are non-cash, non-transferable to real currency, and provided solely for in-app promotional purposes.

5. Advertising

The Apps may display advertisements served through Google AdMob and related services. Your interaction with advertisements is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third-party providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Apps — including but not limited to game design, artwork, code, music, text, and trademarks — is the property of the Developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Age Requirements

The Apps are intended for users aged 13 and above, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable children's privacy laws (including COPPA and GDPR-K). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Apps with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

10. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

11. Changes to the Apps or Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App, in whole or in part, at any time. The Developer also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
